Clan Neptune began when three neighborhood buddy's, decided to make a Quake clan . If your familiar with Roman or Greek mythology, they the names of water gods. The clan bares the name of our leader, Neptune. We wear NP being short for Neptune on our Quake 1 tags.

Participating members:

Our favorite FFA server 'Cafe Quake'. It played mostly Episode 1 levels, and 50% of the time it was usually on Start. At this point we were strickly an FFA clan. Our main objective was to have our names at the top of the scores at the end of each level.

Oookodooo was kicked from the clan, Neptune dissapeared due to a computer failer, Stimey left for Quake 2 and Cafe Quake went down. I was left alone to run the clan. I went around recuiting people from several FFA servers. Most of these players where not very seroius and the clan was beginning to break apart. Eventually I came across the awesome power of the Universal Powers.

Problems erupted from with in Clan Universal Powers began to fall apart. Nobody could deny the enevadable, Clan [UP] was falling apart.. Striker suggested, that if Universal Powers could not work alone, how about Universal Powers + Clan Neptune. With our joint efforts, a rebirth Clan Neptune had occured creating an awesome power.

This proved to be probably our strongest status point in the clan. We where at our peak, topping almost every clan. It was believe that our 4 best from this period could beat any others in a DM3 team-game.

As Quake 1 continued to die, inactivity increased with in the clan.. Only loyal members stayed with the clan at this point. This proved to be a 'weeding out' time period, only true clan mates continued to stay through this period.

To keep the clan active, Counter-Strike and Quake 1 Clan Arena have been taken under our belts. We are currently enjoying our new found activities and clan mates.
